Dr. Tammy has been serving the pediatric community of Northern Nevada since 2007. She is also a clinical supervisor at Willow Springs Center.
Personal:
Born and raised in Reno, NV, Dr. Tammy resides in Reno with her husband, Jason. She enjoys to run the Galena trails with her pup, participates in crossfit, and tries to read a good mystery novel on her time off. She loves all kinds of animals, her favorite color is grey, lilacs are her favorite flower, and she is a huge Nevada basketball fan.

Dr. Ishibashi has worked as a pediatric and neonatal hospitalist, and has been working as a general pediatrician in Northern Nevada since moving back to Reno in 2008. She is also a certified clinical ethicist and teaches medical ethics at the University of Nevada School of Medicine, and is the current president of the Pediatric After Hours Clinic.
Personal:
Dr. Ishibashi was born and raised in Reno, NV, and after spending 5 years in Chicago and becoming an avid Chicago Cubs fan, she returned home to Reno where she lives with her husband and 2 daughters. She loves dancing, reading, crafting, skiing, and coaching her daughter’s soccer team.

Dr. Keely practiced general pediatrics in Tucson, AZ after graduating from her residency program. She and her family then relocated to Reno, NV in the summer of 2024 to serve the families of her hometown. She is passionate about newborn care, breastfeeding medicine, child development, and healthy habit formation.
Personal:
A Northern Nevada native, Reno is home for Dr. Keely, her husband, and their son. You’ll find her under the Tahoe sun or cozied up with a cappuccino, a croissant, and a book or journal in hand. A natural entertainer, she seizes every opportunity to bring friends, family, and her church community into the warmth of her home. Her dream – to travel the world.

Since graduating with her BSN in 2003, Andrea has served the local pediatric population in a variety of nursing roles, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has been practicing as Pediatric Nurse Practitioner since January of 2011.
Personal:
Originally from Chicago, IL, Andrea moved to Reno in 1996 to attend the University of Nevada, Reno. She lives with her husband, Derek, and their two daughters, Avery and Addison. These days Andrea and Derek can usually be found at a softball field or volleyball court, happily cheering on their daughters playing the sports they love. She loves hiking with her dog and following the Chicago Cubs.

Lindsay started her nursing career at Renown Children’s Hospital, where she had the privilege of working in both the Pediatric ICU and Pediatric units. She then pursued advanced education,
earning her Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) degree from UNR, followed by a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP-AC) certification from Creighton University. Over the past 12 years, she has cared for critically ill children in the hospital setting, which has shaped her approach to pediatric healthcare.

Personal:
As a fifth-generation native Nevadan, Lindsay is proud to be serving the pediatric community in the place she calls home. Outside of her professional life, she cherishs her time spent with her husband, two children, and her animals, including dogs, goats, chickens and horses. She loves the great outdoors and enjoys camping, hiking, horseback riding, boating in the summer, and skiing in the winter. She is incredibly blessed to have such a supportive family, whose love and encouragement enable her to do the work she loves every day.
